These terms and conditions apply to the limited warranty ("Limited Warranty") from ALTURA PHOTO in respect of ALTURA PHOTO equipment ("Equipment") purchased from an authorized dealer of ALTURA PHOTO.
The Limited Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship encountered under normal use of the Equipment, subject to these terms and conditions.
The Limited Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser ("Purchaser") of the Equipment and is not transferable. Unless otherwise specified, the Limited Warranty is valid for 12 months from the Date of Purchase ("Warranty Period").
This warranty extends only to products distributed and/or sold by ALTURA PHOTO (ALTURA PHOTO authorized dealers) it is effective only if the products are purchased and operated in the USA. (Within the USA including continental US 48 States, Alaska and Hawaii).
Equipment must be registered at http://alturaphoto.com/warranty.
Product registration has its benefits. Please register your products for proof of ownership, just in case its lost or stolen. Also receive important information about your Altura Photo product.
The defective Equipment or parts thereof covered under the Limited Warranty shall be repaired or replaced (with comparable and/or refurbished equipment or parts) as determined by ALTURA PHOTO in its sole discretion free of charge. Any insurance, handling, transportation, delivery and other incidental charges in respect of the servicing of the Equipment and for services beyond the scope of this Limited Warranty shall be borne by the Purchaser.
All decisions made by ALTURA PHOTO in respect of the servicing of the Equipment (including repairs, replacements or issues relating to defects of workmanship or materials) shall be conclusive and the Purchaser agrees to be bound by such decisions. Any defective Equipment or part thereof replaced shall become the property of ALTURA PHOTO.
RMA and services are rendered by ALTURA PHOTO only. All returned parts must have an RMA number written clearly on the outside of the package along with a letter detailing the problems and a copy of the original proof of purchase. No COD packages will be accepted. No package will be accepted without a RMA number written on the outside of the package. RMA numbers are only valid for 10 days from the date of issue.

Limitation and definition of the Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Conditions of the Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Only applicable to the original purchased products. This means it is NOT applicable to re-conditioned, refurbished, repaired or subsequent replacements from Altura Photo.
If a product has been dis-continued, end-of-production in our marketplaces, websites and physical locations. This means when a product has been removed from our marketplaces, websites and physical locations this is considered a discontinued product, the Limited Lifetime Warranty will be valid for as long as stock is available from the date the product has been removed from our marketplaces, websites and physical locations. At which point this will expire and Limited Lifetime Warranty will be void.
The Limited Warranty does not cover
Loss or damage to Equipment arising from or in connection with (i) abuse, tampering modification and disassembling by any person other than ALTURA PHOTO's authorized personnel; (ii) negligence and/or misuse (including accident, improper storage, exposure to moisture, excessive temperature, sand, dust, dirt, other pollution or other environmental conditions and failure to follow precautions or proper operating instructions stated in the instruction manual such as improper installations); (iii) fire, flood, lightning strike or other acts of God; and/or (iv) deficiencies in consumable parts such as battery leakage.
Loss or damage to Equipment arising from or in connection with the malfunction of, connection to or use of parts, accessories and consumables not authorised or recommended by ALTURA PHOTO (including re-conditioned, tampered, re-used and non-genuine ALTURA PHOTO parts, accessories and consumables). In such event, ALTURA PHOTO reserves the right to cancel the Limited Warranty immediately.
Consumable items, accessories and optional items (including bulb, batteries, battery pack, battery charger, power adapter, cables, connectors, AC adapter and carrying case).
Non-ALTURA PHOTO products, accessories or add-ons used in connection with the Equipment.
Equipment with its serial number removed, defaced or altered. Any item missing the UPC on the original packaging.
To the extent allowed by the applicable local law, the remedies in the Limited Warranty are the Purchaser's sole and exclusive remedies. ALTURA PHOTO shall not be liable for loss of data or any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages (including loss of anticipated benefits or profits) whether based on contract, tort or otherwise, relating to or arising out of the Equipment.
No implied warranty, including that of satisfactory or merchantable quality or fitness for a particular purpose, applies to the Equipment after the Warranty Period. No guarantee given by any other party in respect of the Equipment shall bind ALTURA PHOTO.
The Limited Warranty including these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America.
